How Beyond Commerce works

One sidebar after you sign in: Main, Commerce, Operations, Channels, Assistant, and Money, so chats, your catalog, and orders stay linked instead of spread across apps.

The steps below use the same names you see in the product.

Main: Dashboard, Setup, and who sees what

Dashboard for today; Setup for what is still open (plus the banner at the top until you are ready). Owners handle billing and sensitive controls; staff stay in Orders and Conversations.

Channels: Integrations for Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LINE

Integrations walks you through Facebook Pages, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and LINE. New threads land in Conversations with order context under Operations, no retyping order numbers in side apps.

Commerce: Catalog you approve before it goes live

Catalog is what customers see. Luna can draft from a menu photo or file; you fix details and publish when it is right.

Operations: Orders with the tabs you already use

Orders lists every sale. Open one: Overview, Items & totals, Payment, Customer, Activity, and Fulfillment when you ship. Same labels as in the app.

Assistant: Luna AI on the side, your team on the money

Luna drafts on-brand replies, proposes catalog matches, and can open or update orders from the thread, including customer-facing status messages you configure. Payment confirmation, refunds, and fuzzy slips still route to your team unless you explicitly automate them.

Fulfillment, Analytics, and Wallet when you need the big picture

Fulfillment and Activity cover shipping and what changed. Analytics plus Wallet, Billing, and Payments under Money roll up totals, export when finance needs a file. We are expanding API coverage for carriers and logistics partners so more label, pickup, and tracking steps can run without copy-paste; availability depends on region and rollout.
